Brandice is a self-generative artist, educator, and director from the Pacific Northwest. She has been working in theater for over a decade and has studied many facets of the form including clown, cabaret, improvisation, acrobatics, Shakespeare, Commedia Dell'Arte, melodrama, and many more. A recent graduate from Towson University’s interdisciplinary MFA program, she developed a training method that develops the actor-creator through the devising of original works. Her teaching philosophy empowers students with the agency, creative tools, and critical thought processes necessary to succeed in this crazy, ever-changing world.

Curiosity and love for the Baltimore theater scene enticed her to establish local roots and she is currently working as a fellow at the Center for International Theater Development and teaching at Towson University. Local credits include working as the Assistant Director in The Suitcase/Der Koffer, Assistant Director and Movement Director in Icarus at the Border: A Meditation on MonsterousAppetites, and performing in the ACME Corporation’sopera, TheFirst Thing That Happens, which premiered at The Voxel. She also studied Ensemble Based Physical Theater at Dell’Arte International in northern California, and yoga, ritual, and art in Quito, Ecuador.
